Q: How long does it take to get started?

A: Usually it is within 24-48hrs of receiving the requirement from your side but it might take up to 7 days depending on your requirement and other parameters beyond our control.

Q: Is there a long term contract?

A: No, generally our services are offered on month to month basis. If you wish, a contract may be signed for long term service. Please email us to get details.

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: Generally, we invoice on a monthly basis with 7 days to pay. Terms can be discussed and changed based on your requirement. Payment can be made by direct transfer, direct debit and credit card.)

Q: How can I cancel the service?

A: You can cancel the service anytime you want with at least 1 month notice.

Q: Do you pay referral commissions?

A: Yes, we do pay commissions for referrals.

Q: Is Telkin able to provide onshore resources?

A: Yes, we provide both onshore and offshore resources.
